LOWER ROGUE RIVER TRAIL : Saturday, October 13th, 9AM
RSVP is Required if you plan on coming so we can ensure we have enough shuttle space for riders who want to catch a lift back from Agness. Please email email@example.com
Meet at Lobster Creek Bridge @ 9am to carpool/caravan to Trailhead.
Ride is recommended for intermediate to advanced mountain bikers.
Please bring all repair items, food/water, and gear you would for a long, backcountry ride. There is no support on this ride, you are your own mechanic.
This is about a 3+ hour ride, but could be longer depending on weather, trail conditions, riders skills, etc.
Expect hike-a-bike sections, steep and technical climbs/ descents, and a long backcountry trail experience. We will ride from the Lower Trailhead to Agness. (Can be completed as an out-and-back). Details about the trail can be found on TrailForks HERE.
Wild Rivers Betties Ride : Sunday, October 14th, 12PM
Meet at Whiskey Run Trails Lower Parking area by The Snag Section at Noon.
This ride is open to ladies only (sorry boys) of all skill levels. Tutus optional. Come ride in a supportive, encouraging, and fun environment and meet other women riders around the area. This is a no-drop ride and tons of fun! (no one gets left behind, and all abilities are welcome!)
Carpooling from the Main Lot or riding down from the Main Lot is recommended since parking is limited at The Snag. Look for the Pineapple Express bus if you’re not sure where The Snag is.
Expect a 1.5-2 hour easy ride with options to ride more or less depending on how everyone is feeling. We will stop at every intersection to wait for the group, options to break off into smaller groups if we feel like it would be better for different sections, etc. ALL ARE WELCOME!
Happy hour to follow! Bring your favorite beverage, snack, and anything else you want for our famous post-ride Happy Hour.
Come with your bike and a helmet, a sense of humor and adventure, a smile on your face, and have some fun on the trails with us! Trail mechanic will be present in case of any mechanicals. Trail maps will also be available.
